Project Development Manager Position

This is a compelling opportunity for a professional to manage and execute projects in Europe.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful implementation of new projects and programs in production/manufacturing units.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor and track project progress to ensure schedules and cost targets are met.
  • Actively pursue sales leads and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Support the BD manager in generating quotations for moulding projects involving new toolings.
  • Identify and specify engineering requirements for new projects.
  • Initiate procurement activities for equipment and tools when required.
  • Develop and execute tooling qualification plans with supporting groups to guarantee successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management and production processes.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to relocate to Riga, Latvia.
