Procurement and Administration Expert

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our organization. As a Procurement and Administration expert, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, sourcing raw materials and supplies, negotiating with suppliers, and processing purchase orders and invoices.
This position involves collaborating with warehouse and production teams to monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. You will also be responsible for coordinating office activities, data entry, and document filing.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including document filing, data entry, and office coordination;
- Sourcing and procuring raw materials, packaging, and supplies;
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure cost-efficient deals;
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements;
- Collaborating with warehouse and production teams to monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement and administration roles;
- Familiarity with sourcing suppliers, handling purchase orders, and inventory tracking;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of the food industry is an asset.
