About the Role

As a seasoned procurement expert, you will be responsible for leading Procurement and Contract Management services within a public healthcare institution in Singapore.

Your primary focus will be on planning and strategizing sourcing strategies to ensure seamless execution and compliance with established policies.

  • Develop and implement effective procurement plans to achieve category objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal users and vendors to support daily operations.
  • Analyze market trends and negotiate contracts to guarantee quality, pricing, and delivery objectives are met.

This role requires proactive problem-solving and value addition to drive business growth and excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the procurement cycle process to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to procure goods and/or services efficiently and compliantly.
  • Manage vendor relationships to secure quality products and services.
  • Add value through negotiation, product standardization, and innovative sourcing methods.
Requirements
  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Advanced negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.
