Procurement Expert Role

This key position is responsible for overseeing the procurement process, from preparing request for quotation (RFQ) documents to developing purchase orders and managing order changes. The Procurement Expert will collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Bidder Lists for assigned RFQ packages
  • Create RFQ specific commercial documents and issue RFQ to suppliers for bid
  • Cordinate Bid Opening, Bid Ranking, and Bid clarification requests
  • Evaluate Bids to select successful supplier
  • Establish Purchase Orders in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Manage PO Changes Orders and negotiate with suppliers as needed

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration, at least 5 years of relevant work experience, proficiency in using SAP, and hands-on experience with Documentum. Additionally, they should possess strong negotiation skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
