Job Description:
\People Consulting is a key component of our business strategy, focusing on developing and executing strategies that drive value from our workforce.
\We collaborate with global clients to identify and address their most pressing people-related challenges, ultimately driving sustainable business outcomes.
\Our services include performance management, talent optimization, HR transformation, and rewards optimization, among others.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency and maximize people potential\
- Lead high-profile projects and engagements, utilizing commercial capabilities to drive results\
- Work with business leaders to deliver human capital strategies and optimize workforces
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\To succeed in this role, you will need:
\- A degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management, or a related field\
- No less than 8 years of experience, including 5 years in a client-facing consulting role\
- Experience with HR operating/delivery models, process improvements, capability development, organizational development, and change management\
- Proven ability to build valued client relationships and communicate effectively in English
