Position Overview

As part of the People Experience organization, People Consultants share a mission to design and deliver a five-star experience in Autodeskers moments that matter.

People Consultants enable leaders and teams to thrive by offering expertise in areas of coaching, facilitation, and other advisory practices aligned to Autodesk PPL programs, culture code and global behavior standards.

They work closely with leaders and teams throughout the employment cycle and provide expert advice and coaching in areas of team effectiveness, engagement, manager enablement, career development, termination, performance management, mediation, and resolution of employee relations issues in a systematic approach. They are also active partners to COE and Business teams in the design, deployment and adoption of programs and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
- The Lead People Consultant will be responsible for leading people consulting service design and implementation workstreams on behalf of global People Consulting team for Global People and Places Priorities. Serving as an HRBP engagement lead to interact with one of the HRBP division teams to foster engagement and collaborations between HRBP and People Consulting- The Lead People Consultant may also provide coaching, guidance and support to People Consultants in their Geo and handle consulting case load as needed- The Lead People Consultant needs to be excellent at time management and flexible with work hours as the role holds global responsibility and requires interaction with global key stakeholders and leading/participating global projects- The position can be based in any locations in the Asia Pacific region- Lead people consulting service design and implementation workstreams on behalf of People Consulting for Global People and Places (PPL) Priorities- Participates global in PPL projects on behalf of the global People Consulting team and brings People Consulting expertise to add value from design through to implementation phases- Lead global People Consulting cohorts to define PPL priority/program adoption strategies and drive implementations across Geos- Post program implementation, partner closely with COEs and key PPL partners to define strategies for feedback collection and review what worked well and improvement areas so that proper adjustments can be made timely and experiences can be leveraged in future program design and implementation- Serve as an Engagement Lead on behalf of Global People Consulting team to one of the HRBP Division teams to foster engagement and collaboration- When needed, provide coaching and guidance to APAC People Consultants and handle consulting case load

Minimum Qualifications- Previous experience in a multinational matrix organization is preferred- 12+ years relevant experience: BA/BS or equivalent work experience. +; PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred- We would hire someone who is Smart, Inclusive and Courageous, able to reach across boundaries and engage with key global stakeholders to achieve faster, better results together- You are strong in project management, organizational and analytic skills, with ability to balance multiple initiatives successfully and efficiently- You are able to vision end-to-end PPL programs, understand the overall service and value of the programs and where People Consulting fits into the larger program- You are an HR professional with proven experience partnering with all levels incl. Sr. Leaders, managers, and employees throughout the entire employment cycle- You are skilled in coaching and facilitation- You have excellent influencing skills-
