Job Title: Cyber Governance Review and Control Lead Analyst

Cyber governance review and control lead analysts play a vital role in ensuring the security and compliance of an organization's information systems. This position is responsible for reviewing and implementing risk and control frameworks to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure that they are mitigated.

  • This includes working with subject matter experts to design, implement, and monitor risk and control frameworks, as well as conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support multiple risk and control programs across the organization
  • Collaborate with global CISO Risk team to define strategy, approach, processes, quality, tools, and reporting
  • Drive consistency and excellence in risk management within the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with APAC regulatory requirements and industry developments

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of APAC Regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS 644, MAS 655, RBI, SEBI, APRA, HKMA)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
