Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive brand growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Enhance brand visibility through effective trade marketing practices, focusing on sales growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to align brand strategies with channel opportunities, ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor inventory flow with the purchasing team to prevent out-of-stocks and maintain continuous sales performance.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly brand and sales performance reports, highlighting key results, trade spend efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Design and execute trade promotions and activation plans to maximize sell-through, shopper conversion, and incremental sales uplift.
  • Manage brand promotional funds to generate sales growth and measurable returns.
  • Partner with brand principals to align on sales targets, joint business plans, and growth strategies.
  • Undertake ad-hoc trade marketing and sales responsibilities to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within FMCG/consumer goods.
  • Knowledge of retail and trade channels, with hands-on experience in promotions and campaign execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
