Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dormitory Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our dormitory facilities. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with established standards and best practices, working closely with internal teams, operational staff, and management to manage residents effectively.

  • This includes enforcing compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and contributing to a culture of excellence within the organization.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as administration and facilities management, is essential to this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in dormitory operations or a related field.
  • Possession of a valid PLRD License is required.
