Executive Director for New Generation Hawker Center

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the operations of a cutting-edge hawker center. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences while efficiently managing resources.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of floor staff. Strong communication skills, both in English and Mandarin, are essential for liaising with tenants and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective management of one Hawker Center
  • Provide outstanding dining satisfaction to all diners and tenants
  • Liaise with stall tenants on policy issues
  • Enforce company policies
  • Lead and motivate a team of floor staff
  • Monitor third-party cleaning contractors
  • Conduct daily inspections and monitor improvement work
  • Perform maintenance on establishment's mechanical and electrical provisions

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Hands-on approach
  • Hardworking and team player
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
