Quantity Surveyor Job

Seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to spearhead M&E project cost estimation, tendering, contracts, and final accounts with precision engineering and high standards of quality and safety.

About the Role
  • Tender & Estimation – Review documents and drawings for accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and timely clarifications during bidding.
  • Bills of Quantities & Sub-Contracting – Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and issue requests for proposal to subcontractors, conducting clarification meetings and rate/cost comparisons.
  • Contract Administration – Support daily commercial operations, including budget reporting, cost control, and ensuring all stakeholders understand contractual obligations.
  • Commercial Problem-Solving – Assist in resolving contractual or commercial issues and manage final
About You
  • Experienced in construction services, specializing in design, engineering, and construction.
  • Familiar with M&E project cost estimation, tendering, contracts, and final accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
