Join our team as a Bookkeeping Assistant on a contract basis and take on the challenge of supporting our finance function.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and Post Receipts: Efficiently handle receipt postings for both permanent and temporary employees.
- Monitor and Post Batch Invoices: Track and process batch invoices for both permanent and temporary employees.
- Process and Post Credit Memos: Manage credit memos for both permanent and temporary employees.
- Prepare and Post Month-End Journal Entries: Maintain accurate financial records through month-end journal entries.
- Perform Ad-Hoc Tasks: Carry out tasks assigned by Accountants, Senior Finance Manager, or Assistant Director.
Requirements and Instructions:
- Language: English (always used for all output).
