Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and Post Receipts: Efficiently handle receipt postings for both permanent and temporary employees.
  • Monitor and Post Batch Invoices: Track and process batch invoices for both permanent and temporary employees.
  • Process and Post Credit Memos: Manage credit memos for both permanent and temporary employees.
  • Prepare and Post Month-End Journal Entries: Maintain accurate financial records through month-end journal entries.
  • Perform Ad-Hoc Tasks: Carry out tasks assigned by Accountants, Senior Finance Manager, or Assistant Director.
