We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive business growth.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
