Cloud Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer to fill a key position in our organization. This challenging role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for cloud engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lead DevOps Engineer in managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize application platforms and system architecture using cloud-based technologies.
  • Translate business needs into functional, scalable, secure, and high-performance web systems, leveraging cloud computing capabilities.
  • Work on both front-end and back-end development, including complex stored procedures and SQL queries, using cloud-based databases.
  • Conduct unit testing, deployment, migration, and code reviews to ensure best practices, quality, security, and scalability of cloud-based applications.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide training/support to internal teams on cloud engineering best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Min. diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, with a focus on cloud computing.
  • Min. 1 year of experience in programming and application development, preferably in cloud-based environments.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive design, as well as cloud-specific technologies such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.
  • Skilled in back-end technologies such as PHP, ReactJS, and related frameworks, with expertise in cloud-based database management systems like Amazon RDS, Microsoft Azure Database Services, or Google Cloud SQL.
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts, MVC design patterns, and cloud-based architecture principles.
  • Experienced in system testing, debugging, and performance optimization in cloud-based environments.
  • Knowledge in ERP/WMS/SAP systems and mobile development (web, hybrid, or native) is an advantage.
