About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to join our team as a Deputy Mgr/Mgr in Office of Organisation & Svce Excellence. This is a key role that will lead and manage a team to develop sustainability initiatives that meet ESG goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to drive outreach and engagement efforts to promote sustainability habits and practices with internal and external stakeholders through various programmes.
  • Support the Environmental Sustainability Steering Committee secretariat to conduct materiality assessments, gap analysis, monitor performance indicators, targets, and prepare sustainability disclosures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sustainability ESG management, communications, engagement, and outreach strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability, materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability disclosure standards.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence and promote sustainable practices within large organisations.
