We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Resorts World at Sentosa PTE. LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in daily culinary operations, preparing freshly baked goods, and maintaining a clean and hygienic baking area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the culinary team in daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Prepare a wide range of baked goods, including pastries, desserts, and bread
  • Inspect and maintain the baking area, adhering to strict hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient inventory management and quality control
  • Assist with a la carte pastry and buffet dessert table set up and presentation


Requirements

  • Certificate in Patisserie or Bakery
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery & pastry field, preferably with baker experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
