Job Title:
KCare Staff

Job Description:
As a KCare Staff, you will be responsible for working in a school-based environment, caring for Kindergarten 1-2 and Primary 1-6 children. Your primary goal is to ensure the safety and discipline of the children, while conducting modular activities and enrichment programs that promote their cognitive and social development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Caring for children and ensuring their safety and well-being
- Conducting modular activities and enrichment programs that cater to the needs of Kindergarten 1-2 and Primary 1-6 children
- Preparing activities and field visits to enhance learning experiences
- Mentoring and guiding children to develop good habits and values
- Setting up a conducive environment for children to learn and grow

Requirements:
- Passion and love for children
- Responsible, patient, and caring demeanor
- Good role model for children
- Classroom management and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic school environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate in Student Care Centre (Early Childhood) or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or an ECDA recognised equivalent obtained in the English medium
