Job Title: Enterprise Systems Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Enterprise Systems to lead our digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, designing, delivering, and maintaining digital solutions that enhance customer experience.

This role involves leading a team to achieve high-quality customer experience while driving business growth through digital innovation.

You will need to demonstrate technical expertise, product knowledge, and strong leadership skills to succeed in this position.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build high-performance teams capable of self-management in terms of technical standards, project execution, and engineer development.
  • Establish and manage external engineering teams to balance cost, quality, and innovation objectives.
  • Drive the evolution of technology architecture to align with business goals, focusing on scalable platform solutions and customization of leading software products.
  • Manage and integrate enterprise IT systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and other SaaS platforms.
  • Design and implement scalable data warehouse architectures to support analytics and reporting.
  • Empower your team to set and uphold high engineering standards for maintainability, testability, instrumentation, logging, and service levels.
  • Collaborate with engineers, engineering managers, and product managers to establish frameworks, services, and standards that enable faster time to market, improved monitoring, product efficacy, and high service levels.
  • Validate design and technology decisions while solving complex problems.
  • Partner with other technology leaders to define architectural patterns, enhance application supportability, improve service levels, and maintain security standards.
  • Implement architectural design frameworks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality information systems aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership to align with external groups, develop employees, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Plan accurate resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience working with various public and private cloud environments and Enterprise software like Salesforce, Netsuite, and other SaaS products.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with a total of 15+ years of experience, demonstrating the ability to develop, align, and lead a team in delivering enterprise technology.
  • Strong technical background in systems, enterprise scale, and security for mobile devices.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required.
