
Enterprise Software Solutions Leader

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base among Fortune 1000 and select mid-market companies.
Below are the primary responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and effectively position our software solutions to drive meaningful business outcomes for clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting our software solutions to assigned enterprise accounts.
- Own 5-7 key enterprise accounts, developing comprehensive, solution-oriented strategies for our entire portfolio.
- Manage assigned accounts and strategically engage prospects to secure new business opportunities.
- Drive new client acquisition and expand existing accounts within your designated territory.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including discovery, opportunity identification, proposals, and deal closure.
- Cultivate and grow executive-level relationships within client organizations to solidify trust and long-term collaboration.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry trends, client needs, and market dynamics.
- Articulate the value of our software offerings in clear, compelling ways to clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales Support Specialists, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless execution and renewal of solutions.
- Conduct client interactions in person and virtually (video, phone, email) to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Travel as needed for high-priority client engagements.
- Leverage creativity and strategic thinking in client solutions, pricing, and pursuit strategies.
- Differentiate our offerings through innovative approaches to product marketing and client engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales best practices to manage processes and track performance effectively.
- Collaborate across internal teams, alliance partners, and external stakeholders to maximize sales impact.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals using Microsoft Office tools.
- Set and achieve quarterly or annual sales goals, monitoring progress and reporting to leadership.
- Share client feedback and opportunities with Engineering and other teams to support continuous improvement.
