Senior Enterprise Applications Strategist

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in enterprise applications, including strategy development, implementation, and management. A deep understanding of business processes and technology is required to drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure the application landscape supports business growth and innovation.

This position involves leading a high-performing team of IT professionals, including developers, analysts, and project managers. The successful candidate must be able to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team and implement effective performance management processes.

Collaboration with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into technology solutions is essential. Strong communication skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Certified ScrumMaster) are desirable.

  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise applications strategies that align with business goals.
  • Oversee the entire application lifecycle from development, deployment, maintenance, to retirement.
  • Ensure applications are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Manage the application portfolio and ensure optimal performance and integration with other systems.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on application performance and project status.

An Oracle Fusion background is preferred, but not required. Experience with cloud platforms, database management, and integration technologies is also beneficial. Proficiency in security, compliance, and regulatory requirements is necessary.

The successful candidate for this role will be a visionary leader with a strong technical background and the ability to drive change and innovation.
