Job Title: Project Cost Control Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, ensuring that all expenditures are in line with the approved budget.

  • General administration tasks including procurement, tender bidding, pricing, cost control, measurement, co-ordination, and meeting.
  • Support the Contract Manager to ensure that tender documentation, Sub Contracts Documents, etc. are correct and timely.
  • Outsource subcontractors; prepare tender analysis (including pricing, drawing, and specification) and comparison for Sub-contractor appointment.
  • Liaise and coordinate with project site teams relating to procurement arrangements and schedules.
  • Manage submission of progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of organisational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
