Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer, PA Sales to join our team at Yamaha Music (Asia). The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and support for our digital PA products, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training to customers via phone, email, or in-person, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting audio system issues.
- Manage Steinberg's technical issues and communicate with Steinberg on all Digital Audio Workstations and licensing.
- Assist customers in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting complex audio systems for optimal performance.
- Perform quality checks on audio equipment to ensure that project business partners meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs, to assist both customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Audio Engineering, Electronics & Communications.
- 3-5 years' experience in Live Sound mixing, preferably on Loudspeaker System & Digital Mixing Console.
- Able to provide technical support in Pre & Post Sales Activities (Vertical & Horizontal Sales Environment).
- Knowledge in Yamaha Professional audio products will be an added advantage.
