About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Analyst to join our Group Technology and Operations team at United Overseas Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end system capability analysis to support Cards-related applications on the mainframe and open systems platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the technical solution from design through to code level, working closely with business users to analyze and review enhancements for compatibility and adherence to operating guidelines.
  • Develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements and are in alignment with the organization's business objectives, leading a project and change request team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Work with vendors to estimate, design, and deliver end-to-end functional solutions, and guide development teams on functional and technical issues.
  • Ensure project documentation is done up to bank standards, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve application and system functional issues.
  • Execute tasks related to project, change request, and maintenance request, and support SIT and UAT issues and queries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 12 years' delivery record in developing and delivering global/ regional Cards solutions for a multi-national/ regional company.
  • Minimum of 7 years of technology experience, with at least 5 years in a System Analyst capacity in the Cards application domain on a mainframe platform.
  • Good functional knowledge of cards to design and develop effective/ efficient solutions in meeting business requirements, and experience with large-scale Cards migration on Cardlink or cryptography.
  • Proven experience in project managing a team of developers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of system enhancement of varying scales, and good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
