Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining eCommerce systems and websites using.NET Framework 4.5 and above, C#, JavaScript, HTML, MS SQL Server 2014 and above, and PostgreSQL.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain eCommerce systems and websites
  • Design and develop Restful APIs for Front-of-House systems
  • Provide day-to-day support, configuration, administration, problem resolution, and performance tuning of Front-of-House systems
  • Maintain relevance of systems, processes, and documentation
  • Develop detailed project plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with vendors and manage deliverables and performance
  • Establish strong relationships with vendors and ensure effective communication
  • Provide support to the business during and after office hours
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience as a Techno Functional Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
  • Experience in conducting requirement gathering, writing detailed business and functional requirements, and training end users
  • Effective communication with key business stakeholders, internal and external parties
  • Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience and proficiency in the following technologies: ASP.NET, JavaScript,.NET Framework 4.5 and above, C#, API Services design, development of WCF services, REST API, JSON, Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and above, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Source code control systems such as Azure DevOps and GitHub, Ruby scripts, and Ruby on Rails framework
