The Senior Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for delivering high-quality Tui Na massage and Foot Reflexology services to clients, developing strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, leading staff to ensure they meet performance expectations, and monitoring and controlling operational expenses to maintain profitability.
- Deliver High-Quality Services: Provide exceptional Tui Na massage and Foot Reflexology services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Develop Strategic Initiatives: Create and implement plans to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, including ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Lead Staff: Motivate and direct staff to meet performance expectations, promoting a dynamic and supportive work environment.
- Monitor Expenses: Oversee operational expenses to maintain profitability and ensure the success of the wellness center.
- Proficiency in Tui Na Massage and Foot Reflexology Techniques: Possess expertise in Tui Na massage and Foot Reflexology techniques, with the ability to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Relevant Certificate or Diploma: Hold a relevant certificate or diploma in Tui Na massage or Foot Reflexology, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field.
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience: Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Tui Na or Foot Reflexology, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
