Indian and Western Cuisine Specialist

A highly skilled cook is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of South Indian, North Indian, and Western cuisine, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. This encompasses a wide range of dishes from different cultures, including Chinese and Malay food, which would be an added advantage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of culinary delights, while maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and hygiene. To achieve this, the candidate must have excellent handling skills for spice items and be able to work efficiently to maximize output.
In addition to culinary expertise, the ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to maintain good relationships with other workers, maintain discipline, and obey management instructions punctually.
We seek a team player who can adapt to rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The selected candidate should also possess excellent English language speaking and writing skills, as effective communication is crucial in this role.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Cook
• No formal education required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
