Job Description:

As a dynamic and experienced Event Management Professional, you will lead our team in delivering high-impact events, marketing initiatives, and business development programmes that support the growth of digital tech scaleups.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of executives to ensure successful programme execution, high performance, and professional development.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to foster an engaged community of developers and digital tech companies, ensuring a seamless and valuable user experience across programmes.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, driving engagement and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, partners, and vendors on content curation to deliver compelling and informative programmes.
  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and ecosystem partners to strengthen collaboration and programme outcomes.
  • Coordinating joint events with partner organisations, ensuring smooth execution and shared success.
  • Managing procurement activities, including vendor selection, approvals, and payments, in compliance with public sector procurement policies.
  • Analysing performance data and stakeholder feedback to refine strategies, enhance programme offerings, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be a Singaporean citizen or permanent resident, holding a min. Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications/Arts & Social Sciences/Business Management or any relevant field of study. Proven leadership experience in event management or marketing for tech or B2B events is essential, with strong strategic thinking skills, excellent people management skills, and experience in managing budgets and resources with strong project management skills.
