About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a strong understanding of performance management and discipline frameworks. A minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience in performance management and discipline within an HR setting, preferably in the public sector, is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance management activities, including appraisal, ranking, emplacement & promotion processes
  • Address queries from employees on performance management issues
  • Support reviews of performance management framework, policies and practices
  • Gather feedback and generate reports to track outcomes and effectiveness of performance management activities
