At WORLD MARKETING GROUP PTE. LTD., we are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to drive strategic HR initiatives, oversee office administration, and foster a positive work culture.

About the Role

The Senior HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in managing both human resources functions and day-to-day office operations. This position is responsible for handling strategic HR initiatives such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance & policy management. Additionally, this role oversees office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination. Strong leadership skills, excellent understanding of HR policies, and ability to maintain a well-organized, efficient office environment are essential requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Initiatives:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Maintain positive employee relations by fostering open communication channels and addressing employee concerns.
    • Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and developing performance improvement plans.
  • Office Administration:
    • Supervise the daily operations of the office, including reception, mail, office supplies, and IT support coordination.
    • Ensure that all office equipment is functioning properly and maintenance schedules are up to date.
  • Facilities Management:
    • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of office spaces.
    • Coordinate with vendors for services such as cleaning, security, and building maintenance.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in human resources.
    • Experience in office or facilities management is highly desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
