About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Leasing Executive to join our team at RANDSTAD PTE. LIMITED. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, reviewing, and implementation of trade mix, mall positioning, and leasing plans for retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Negotiate and document new leases and renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare marketing materials, conduct site inspections for prospective tenants, and maintain relationships with tenants and property consultants.
  • Monitor market conditions and retail trends, prepare budgets, marketing progress, and management reports.
  • Collaborate with the finance department on arrears/GTO management and with the facilities management department on tenant support and management.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in leasing management for retail/shopping malls.
  • Strong network of tenants and contacts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
