Job Title:
Senior Clinical Unit Leader

As a Senior Clinical Unit Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clinical team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the clinical team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Conduct regular audits to monitor quality and identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and career development

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Nursing or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a senior leadership role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
