Senior Project Manager Position

A highly skilled and strategic leader is required to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.

  • Lead the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within quality standards.
  • Make strategic decisions and provide leadership to project managers to implement those decisions.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, objectives, and plans in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management, clients, contractors, and stakeholders for effective communication and project alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field recognized by the relevant professional boards.
  • At least 10 to 15 years of experience in building and infrastructure projects, preferably with an established construction firm managing large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects in a senior project management role.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to represent and make timely decisions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management, financial management, and change control.
  • Strong understanding of contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
