Logistics Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, including warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods and materials.
  • Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
