About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Building/Facilities Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our buildings and facilities. Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role includes a basic pay range of $2000 - $2500, with additional allowances and AWS bonuses. We also offer a range of benefits, including competitive pay, bonuses, and opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include providing front-line engineering support for M&E and building services, attending to breakdowns and emergency requests, and managing fire command center systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out properly and safely, and providing support to Engineers and Managers as needed.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need at least one year of relevant experience in a similar position, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
