We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance professional to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic leadership, and client management.


Job Description:

A leading role is available for a seasoned Corporate Governance Specialist to manage a team of junior staff, providing exceptional corporate secretarial services to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work standards, effective communication with clients, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive corporate secretarial support, including incorporation, preparation of directors' resolutions, minutes of board and shareholder's meetings, AGM, striking off documents, and filing of relevant documents with ACRA – Bizfile+
  • Conduct client meetings and provide expert advice on corporate governance matters
  • Handle client due diligence and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process work pass applications for clients' expatriate staff and review financial statements in eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) format

Requirements:

  • Member of CSIS or candidates undertaking CGQP preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate governance or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
