Job Summary

Venture Cove Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects and ensuring that they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that quality standards are being met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance procedures and protocols.
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are being met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Valid welding inspector certification (AWS or CSWIP).
  • Lead auditor certification.
  • Experience working in a fabrication marine shipyard.
  • Experience in handling project audits and liaising with internal and external auditors.
  • Knowledge of structural fabrication, piping isometric drawing, and materials.
  • Experience in piping line walk, reinstatement inspections by clear understanding of isometric drawings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with people of all levels and teams.
