Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Conduct daily quality checks to ensure that all construction activities meet the required standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit monthly quality assurance reports to the Corporate Quality Assurance Department.
  • Training and Development: Conduct monthly quality assurance training sessions for subcontractors to ensure they understand our quality standards.
  • Non-Compliance and Observations: Identify and report non-compliance issues to subcontractors and provide observations on defective work.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the site team to ensure that quality issues are addressed promptly.
  • Presentations and Meetings: Attend monthly quality assurance presentations and meetings at the Corporate Quality Assurance Department.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and control.
  • Skills: Good understanding of quality practices, architectural-trained or structural-trained work experience preferred.
