Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Professional to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a memorable dining experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. If you are a friendly and approachable individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and present menus in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages to tables promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy dining area and ensure that all tables are set with linens, silverware, and glasses.

  • Physical Stamina: The endurance to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Basic Math Skills: Essential for processing payments and managing transactions accurately.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens to provide accurate information.
