We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Academic & Student Affairs Executive. This role is responsible for supporting the Student Affairs Department in organizing mobility promotion week and admissions process, ensuring student records are up-to-date, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Student Affairs Department in the organization of mobility promotion week and admissions process.
- Ensure student records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide administrative support to the Academic Department in organizing industry relations and career-related activities.
- Support overseas immersion field trips and accompany students when required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least two to three years of professional experience in hospitality/event industry or education.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with multicultural teams and in an international environment.
- Self-starter with a service- and customer-oriented mindset.
- Suitable to travel.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools and other communication platforms.
