  • Foster strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional service, personalized care, and tailored product recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide informed advice and expert guidance.
  • Sell beauty products to clients, meeting sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in basic English and Chinese to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A high level of attention to detail and precision in work to ensure exceptional quality and accuracy.
  • A sales-oriented, service-oriented, and customer-focused approach to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Good initiative, teamwork, and punctuality to meet deadlines and contribute to a productive work environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
