HR Generalist and Systems Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to assume the role of HR Generalist and Systems Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee timesheets, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure accuracy in timesheet submissions, and preparing and calculating monthly payment payroll for subcontractors.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee timesheets and submit them within deadlines.
- Coordinate and liaise with different sites teams, clients, and HQ to ensure that submission is on time and accurate.
- Assist in the preparation and calculation of monthly payment payroll for subcontractors in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support in the calculation of stand-in, freelance, and staff claim amounts for all staff (including subcontractors).
- Process subcontractors invoices efficiently.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from various stakeholders regarding payment discrepancies.
- Conversion of CVs for client submission and gather missing information from candidates as required.
- Pre-commencement meeting with selected sites to go through HR procedures and ensure a smooth transition.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management or supervisors.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR work, preferably dealing with numbers and people.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably manage conflicts.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a positive working attitude and high level of responsibility.
