Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Onsite Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Onsite Support Specialist, you will provide top-notch technical support to clients across the globe, ensuring that their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Level 2 hardware and system software support for client entities
  • Deploying and managing non-network attached printers, storage devices, and miscellaneous peripherals
  • Providing desktop break/fix, Level 2 hardware and system software support (engineering workstations, laptops, desktops, smartphones/tablets, and other devices)
  • Supporting activities for desktop or server maintenance upgrades, or related components according to technical instructions
  • Providing informal end user training on wireless devices and laptop tips on best practices

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service to clients. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience with major operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, anti-virus, wireless, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
