About the Role:
Sephora is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Franchise Operations to drive growth and success in our existing franchise markets in India and Indonesia, and to develop newer markets across Asia through collaboration with our franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a dynamic sales environment aligned with Sephora's DNA, implementing key strategies for success in franchise markets.
- Incorporate Sephora best practices in franchise markets, consulting with the Regional Retail Experience team.
- Implement the franchise operating manual, targets for individual franchises, and provide guidance in all operational areas.
- Collaborate with franchise partners to develop annual budgets and craft omni retail strategies.
- Monitor and report KPIs to analyze business trends across stores.
- Oversee store operations, mentoring and directing strategies for success to maximize omni sales.
- Evaluate new store proposals and work with project and design teams to secure store approvals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience working with senior-level teams across functions, including Branding, Marketing, and E-commerce.
- Knowledge of India and Indonesia markets and ability to assess potential for future store openings.
- Strong business and financial acumen, particularly in consumer retail and omni-channel sales.
