Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing design methodologies, including formulating test plans and strategies based on product requirements, drafting test plans and cases, executing tests, and delivering test reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the testing and maintenance of server software functions and interfaces.
  • Conduct overall system performance parameter testing and assist the team in performance optimization and verification of test items.
  • Develop product test plans, test strategies, and solutions; write corresponding functional and performance test cases; and improve software testing methods and processes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Automation, Electronics, or related fields.
  • Proficient in software testing design methodologies.
  • Familiar with commonly used Linux commands.
  • Candidates with experience in at least one scripting language (Python/Shell) will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of commonly used automation frameworks and capable of developing and debugging automated test cases.
  • Possess sharp and detailed observation skills, with a strong sensitivity to identifying testing issues and phenomena.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and patience, good communication skills, and the ability to handle work under pressure.
