As a facilities maintenance professional, you will be responsible for performing routine upkeep and repair of building infrastructure and equipment. This includes troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conducting regular inspections to ensure systems are functioning safely and efficiently, and responding promptly to service requests and breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repair of building infrastructure and equipment.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee systems are operating safely and effectively.
  • Respond quickly to service requests and address breakdowns in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Nitec in Facilities Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess relevant working experience in facilities management.
