Renewable Energy Professional

We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Professional to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering microgrid solutions that combine solar, wind, battery storage, and IoT technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or engineers with 1–2 years' experience who want to learn fast, work with global experts, and make a real impact in the energy transition.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar, and relevant experience in power systems, energy, or renewables. They should also possess excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure microgrid controllers and IoT edge devices;
  • Support the team in pre-sales solutioning: technical proposals, system diagrams, and architecture reviews;
  • Get hands-on with edge devices, gateways, and monitoring systems for renewable projects;
  • Work with engineers, vendors, and consultants to integrate and optimize solar, wind, and storage systems;
  • Join site visits, installations, and commissioning to see your work come to life;
  • Help with basic project evaluations, such as ROI estimates;
  • Travel occasionally across the region to support projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar;
  • Fresh grad or up to 2 years' experience in power systems, energy, or renewables;
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn;
  • Familiarity with any of these is a plus (but not required): Solar, wind, or battery storage systems; Communication protocols (Modbus, IEC104, DNP3, MQTT); SCADA systems or energy modelling tools.
