**Job Title:** Renewable Energy Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar engineering, electrical design, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and commission solar PV systems, including site assessments, layout preparation, and construction management.
  • Provide technical review and ensure compliance with relevant standards, using software simulations and electrical cable sizing.
  • Assess sites, create detailed drawings, estimate project capacity, and costs, ensuring quality control over all projects.
  • Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Solve problems independently and provide solutions for existing solar PV systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in solar PV design and engineering.
  • Proficient in computer-aided design software (e.g. AutoCAD), Microsoft Office, and PVsyst.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in design and application of BESS with PV generation.
  • Knowledge of solar rooftop, ground-mounted, and floating PV systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
