Instructor - Service Management at ITE College West

As an Instructor, your impact extends beyond mere instruction and learning facilitation. You will be instrumental in identifying and fostering your students' potential along with their lifelong learning aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to your educational responsibilities, you will engage in industry-related projects or consultancy work to stay current in your field and adapt to the evolving landscape of the industry. You will also have opportunities for regular industry attachments or experiences to enhance your skills, knowledge, and professional practices.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess relevant professional experience in a service-oriented environment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
You should demonstrate exceptional administrative and operational capabilities, with practical experience or expertise to instruct in at least three of the following domains:
- Customer Service and/or essential patient management services, including infection control, patient care, and healthcare financial advisory & counseling.
- Customer Relationship Management systems (experience with Patient Services software utilized in the healthcare sector, Salesforce, or Suite CRM).
- Service Quality Management.
- Data analysis tools and data mining skills (familiarity with Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Service Centre Operations with experience in managing omni-channel service applications (knowledge of Sangoma, Zendesk, HoduSoft, OmniPath, etc. would be advantageous).
- A background in service design thinking is preferred.
Individuals with substantial and relevant experience may anticipate opportunities for advancement to Senior Lecturer or equivalent roles, along with pathways for career development into leadership positions within the colleges or Headquarters.
