About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Core Analytics Team Lead to join our team at DBS Bank Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Core Analytics team and ensuring consistency in the operational support, user experience, and data assurance of the Risk Control Tower metrics/ritals, including contributing to improvements to operational sustainability and user adoption.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Leading the Core Analytics team.
  2. Ensuring consistency in the operational support, user experience, and data assurance of the Risk Control Tower metrics/rituals.
  3. Contributing to improvements to operational sustainability and user adoption.
  4. Driving/enhancing core risk data & analytics capabilities.
  5. Reviewing operations risk data and turning it into useful and sustainable dashboards for risk decision making, as part of the Unified Ops Control Tower.

Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with 6-10 years of working experience, with exposure to Business/Operations/Risk Management environment.
3-5 years of Biz/Data Analyst experience, performing data mining/dashboard development using various tools and developing analytics of various degrees for insights, dealing with large amounts of data.
Knowledge and experience in BI/Analytics tools, analytics processes.
Knowledge and experience in software tools and Agile methodology is advantageous.
Good understanding of data mining and analytics concepts.
