ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM specialist to fill a key role in our organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow SPM module. This involves driving strategic alignment across portfolios, demand, resources, and projects.

To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow SPM, previously known as ITBM.

A solid understanding of project and portfolio management principles is essential. Proficiency in Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards within the SPM framework is required.

Key responsibilities include creating executive-level dashboards, implementing performance analytics, and generating reports.

Collaboration with stakeholders is crucial to comprehend business objectives and align SPM capabilities accordingly.

Supporting project lifecycle tracking, resource planning, and financial planning activities is also a key part of the role.

Integrating SPM with other ServiceNow modules and external systems where necessary is also part of the job.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for effective performance in this position.

A ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory for this role, while an SPM-specific certification would be advantageous.
